Toward Evidence-Informed Practice, Learning Module 1 Toward Evience-Informed Practice (TEIP) - Learning Module 1

This web site and multimedia was designed for and in collaboration with the Ontario Public Health Association in 2006 for the purpose of "improving existing or new health promotion programs and describe by best available evidence and research". The Toward Evidence-Informed Approach team, along with Ruta Valaitis and myself are currently developing Learning Module 2 for release in early 2009.

Excel Basic Microsoft Excel - Level 1 Learning Modules Prototype

This is a collection of interactive software simulation learning objects that I designed in 2007 to accompany a Level 1 Microsoft Excel course. In absence of a formal Learning Management System for delivery, this couse was designed as an instructional web site and multimedia project using a mashup of web applications. Course content is based on the CCI Learning Solutions, MasterTrak Standard courseware. The full development of week 2 of the course is a prototype and showcase for how software courses could be designed and delivered for e-Learning.

Web site design in 2007 for Public Health researchers Dr. Ruta Vailatis, Dr. Linda O'Mara, Sherri Bezaire and Rachel Savage to "share their learning and experiences in working to build a health promotion web site (www.youthspark.ca) to meet local needs by and for rural youth in Huron County, Ontario Canada".

Web Site designed in early 2007 for the Canadian Association of Schools of Nursing (CASN) as resources for Pandemic Planning at Schools of Nursing in Canada. "The purpose of this site is to share with schools of nursing and other interested stakeholders a summary of resources and presentations that were recorded during a Pan-Canadian meeting regarding pandemic planning issues for schools of nursing".
